Successful Buyers will be charged immediately using the credit card you registered with and paid invoice will be emailed to you.
Contract required for Real Estate purchases and fees including $225.00 per parcel recording service fee AND estimated State doc stamps/recording charges. Buyers will be emailed contract and must sign & return within 24 hours.
Brevard County tax is 7% charged on all items except Real Estate. UNLESS you have provided us with a Resale Certificate. Taxes are also charged on all vehicle unless Buyer is a licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer and provides us their license.
All titled vehicles: Buyers pay $65.25 Dealer Admin Fee AND $75.75-$95.75 electronic title tranfer State fee. And we need copy of your driver's license.
All firearms purchases must be shipped to an FFL. You must provide us with a FFL (Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer) license for shipping.
It is the Buyers responsibility to contact & pay shipper. We will drop off your item(s). Shipping charges are the responsibility of the bidder to the Shipper.
